Why This Work Matters

Expanding access to work requires more than preparing individuals—it requires transforming the systems that shape opportunity. Without addressing how institutions assess risk, make decisions, and structure opportunity, access will remain limited regardless of programmatic effort. EquityWork exists to shift those underlying conditions, so employment systems produce more effective and equitable labor market systems.
