We work with public agencies, intermediaries, and system leaders to design and implement strategies that address structural barriers in employment systems. These partnerships focus on aligning incentives, improving coordination, and strengthening how systems function in practice.

EquityWork collaborates on targeted initiatives that pilot new approaches to system challenges. This includes work connected to IEJI and other system-level interventions–where cross-sector coordination and applied strategy are required.
